・18歳以上の方(高校生不可)
・本人確認書類の提出が可能な方※
・本人確認書類の人物と入金の人物が同一であること※
・Twitterアカウントをお持ちの方
・爬虫類がいる環境で制作をしています。アレルギーがある方はご注意ください
・利用規約と契約書の内容に同意出来る方
※顔写真付きの公的書類の場合は1点（運転免許証、旅券（パスポート）など）
顔写真のない公的書類の場合は2点(各種保険証、国民年金手帳など)
-Must be 18 years or older (no high school students)
-Must be able to provide ID**
-ID must belong to the same person making the payment.**
-Must have a Twitter account.
-We work in an environment with reptiles. If you are allergic, please be aware.
-Must agree to the Terms of Service (“TOS”) and Contract.
**1 government-issued ID with photo (ex: driver's license, passport, etc.)
OR 2 government-issued IDs without photo (ex: insurance card, national pension book, etc.)

未開拓地0区でオーダーを検討している方は下記の内容に同意していただく必要があります。
1.規約の変更
未開拓地0区は、次の場合に本規約を更新することがあります。
・未開拓地0区の業務上の変更
（技術、価格、オプションなどを新しく追加、もしくは従来のものを削除した場合）を反映するため。
・法律、規制、またはセキュリティ上の理由のため。
・不正または危険な行為を防ぐため。
2.サービスの開発、改善、更新
未開拓地0区は新しい技術や機能の開発に取り組んでいます。そのため依頼品の制作途中でも別の作品を制作、公開する場合があります。より良い作品を提供する為に予めご了承ください。
3.禁止行為
未開拓地0区は、下記の内容を例外なく禁止します。
・犯罪行為、宗教、反社会的表現、公序良俗に反する行為、第三者を中傷する表現利用。
・オープンなアカウントで着ぐるみを利用した性的、成人向け内容の表現をした写真、動画のアップロード。(※1)
・オープンなアカウントで異なる組み合わせの衣装を着用すること。(※2)
・転売行為、オークション、第三者への所有権を譲渡すること。(※3)
・着ぐるみの分解、故意に破壊する行為、複製行為。
(※1)イラストにおいては制限をしておりません。
(※2)ラバースーツなど。
(※3)やむを得ない理由で手放す、譲渡する場合一度未開拓地0区までご連絡ください。
If you are considering placing an order with us, Mikaitakuchi 0 ku, you must agree to the following.
1. Modifications of the TOS
We may modify the TOS in the following cases.
-To reflect changes in business operations within Mikaitakuchi 0 ku
(ex: applied techniques, prices, installation and removal of options)
-To uphold the law, restrictions, and to maintain security.
-To prevent illegal and dangerous activities.
2. Development, Improvement, and Update of Services
At Mikaitakuchi 0 ku, we will continue pursuing the development of new techniques and features. In doing so, we may work on, and release other projects while commissioned work is still in progress. Please understand that working with other projects is essential for us to experiment, discover and continuously provide improved works.
3. Prohibited Acts
Using our work for the following acts is forbidden by Mikaitakuchi 0 ku without any exception.
- Criminal activities, religious symbolism and iconography, advocating discrimination or harassment, acts that go against public order and morals, and hateful imagery.
- Pubicly sharing photos or videos with sexual or adult content on an open account.(*1)
- Wearing different combinations of outfits on an open account. (*2)
- Reselling, auctioning, or transferring ownership to a third party. (*3)
- Disassembling, intentionally destroying, duplicating and plagiarizing our fursuits.
(*1)No restrictions are placed on illustrations.
(*2) Rubber suits etc.
(*3) If you want to give away your fursuit due to unforeseen circumstances, please contact us.

【 Others 】
・オーダーする際に簡単な審査をする場合があります。
・ご注文確定メール後のキャンセルにはキャンセル料が発生します。
・受注生産のため、受注完了メール後のキャンセル、ご返金は致しかねます。
・大きな故障の場合はお問い合わせください。
納品から7日以内でしたら無償で修理致します。その際、修理にかかる送料は未開拓地0区が負担します。
・入金の確認ができた後、発送になります。
・発送は着払いのみとなっております。
-When placing an order with us, we may do a brief screening process.
-If you cancel your order after we send out our “Order Confirmation” email, a cancellation fee will be applied.
-As our products are made-on-order, no cancellations or refunds will be made after we send our “Acceptance of Order” email.
-Please contact us in case there are any major damages to your product.
If it is within 7 days of delivery, we will fix these damages free of charge. In this case, the
shipping cost for the repair will be paid by Mikaitakuchi 0 ku.
-The final product will be shipped only after payment is confirmed.
-Shipping will be paid by the customer, on arrival (cash on delivery) only.
***Disclaimer: Any discrepancies between the translated Purchasing Conditions, TOS and the original Japanese version have no legal force. The Japanese TOS shall take precedence. ***
